Super simple and effective. Amazingly user-friendly, which i really appreciate. However you cannot edit once it’s been scheduled.
Really good free app. You can set up automations up to 90 days wait time, and send up to 10000 emails for free! This is perfect for those with small email lists that have to otherwise pay through the nose for basically the same thing.
Of course, there are things I wish it would do (mostly would like to know the non-Shopify links that are clicked), but for free email hosting? It's pretty darn amazing.
I recently started sending email campaigns using Shopify and it is just brilliant.
Its easy to use, it links with your store so all pictures and text automatically connect to your shop and your emails look so professional. Thank you Shopify.
Love it as it is easy. I can easily use it on a day to day wiht all of my customers and potential customers.
I truly stood by Shopify emails vs an email app. I would even refer our friends to Shopify emails instead privy or klaviyo. Since the 4th of July all of my emails have been failing. I have followed every step Shopify customer service has asked me to do and it still does not work. Because of this our sales have decreased and it has been a headache.
I feel like shopify made a ton of updates this summer to the interface and email sales channel and I just wish it would go back to normal.
Unfortunately I am going to be switching to a third party for our email campaigns.

Great app that meets my basic needs. Wish it would show more suggested dates so I can schedule things more into the future, and the templates could be more versatile and such but... again, basic needs with a small customer base. Works for me!
It’s been good I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use..
This app is very helpful. There are templates already made for you to edit and add your own touch to it. I really like it.
Easy, free, and beautiful email campaign builder. I love how it's connected to our store's products and details off the bat. Rating is 4 stars only because there's essentially zero automation available.
