i cant save the campaign, i make a campaign, press review and nothing goes forward. only option is a back arrow that send me back to the beginning? I cant go back to the app to use support. Im stuck.

Being new to e-commerce, the very thought of dealing with email made me anxious, but this is wonderful! The automation and templates are perfect.

I'm not computer savvy but browsing through the app and placing everything the I wanted was pretty good for me.

learning so many cool and new things to do. love it!

Perfectly integrated - Simple and intuitive "Shopify Style". Price fee reasonable.

It is actually a quite good basic email sending service.

BUT

Sending email campaigns with always the same sender name in 2024 is crazy. This greatly reduces the open rate. They should definitely allow to edit senders name per each campaign (as every single email campaign sending service allow you to). I would modify the review accordingly.

Until now - the service is just too basic.

You don't have to be a tech genius to send a basic email from Shopify.It is one of the easiest app to use as opposed to others which we used.

EASY TO USE- WOULD LOVE A LITTLE EASIER WAY TO ADD BUTTONS WITH TEXT.

Easy to use, brings in your brand identity, good configuration. Basic, but effective.
