The layout looks amazing ... BUT. The timing is impossible. When you send it at 6 pm, it means that some MAY get it at 6 pm, but others at 9 pm, some at 11 pm, and the rest of the customers may get it in the time when they are sleeping. That is completely useless as a marketing tool. I tried it three times, and the conversion is about 10% of the sales I used to get using Mailchimp. Sorry Shopify, this will not do, I go back to Mailchimp.

Makes life easy . Less thinking for me lol . I wanted to send out mass emails and i wasn't sure on how to go about it But spotify made it super simple and smooth . I appreciate this app.

There is something wrong with this program, emails fail to be sent forever, customer service has no way to fix the problem

Would appreciate if I can filter all emails of people that have NOT ordered for all time period. Otherwise it is good app to have.

Its easy and simple. However seems limited as I am not able to create automations and triggers. Also no option to translate into non-english language.

super app, facile à prendre en main, modèle d'email déjà préconstruit, tout ce qu'il faut pour ne pas prendre trop de temps par newsletter !

The App has a major problem for me. None of the previews will display. When I open the app to start a campaign, all the templates show, "no image available".

Otherwise, the app appears to be very basic. This is just launching, so its to be expected.

Basic. That about sums it up. If you are looking for advanced features, this is not it. For stores that communicate with their customer base a few times a year, not a bad program. For new stores just starting out, not a bad program. For stores that want to set up workflows, abandoned cart emails, abandoned shopping emails, and more, this is NOT your program. For those that bash it, move on. If you are one of the above types of businesses, this is a cost-effective way to communicate with your customers.

I have issue on this app for so many times. I called and e mail to the support and they always sounds so nice and kind to willing help me solve the issue. But the issue never solve and when I e mail the support again like 5 times and no one get back to me. I am so frustrated and disappointed because I am new here and was SO HAPPY with Shopify and now with not able to e mail to my subscribers, I am losing so many sales. I don't know why NO ONE getting back to me about my e mail marketing issues... AND I am still being bill for the monthly fee... ;(
