We just downloaded this app to our store and completed 1 email campaign. The templates are very professional. The setup process was very easy and seamless.

I like it... Shopify thanks very much... it was easy to use, it imported my products and give me a great-looking template. Well done. I can't wait for the rest of the features. I'll be happy to use this moving forward.

Super easy to use. It uses the website colours, so the e-mail is in perfect alignment with our brand appearance. Great integration with the discount function in the Shopify settings - and helps to create one's own marketing campaign and become independent from social media that can remove your customer base in an instance. Love it!

I now remember why I uninstalled this last November. I spent a lot of time setting up my automations and I noticed they were not being sent. Spent more hours with support trying to understand why they were not sent. He told me that that the "time frame" has not been met. Ok, so I wait. He said if I have an issue to reopen the chat. Well, the automation is set for 4 hours, and at hour 5, still not sent. Reopened the chat and nothing haven't heard a word. So now, I have several emails that could have been sales, lost because the app is not working as it's suppose to. Nicki Lynn Jewelry

Hi Nicki, thank you for your review and feedback. I understand you have some concerns about delays in your emails being sent out when using the Shopify Email app. If you are sending emails out to 1000+ subscribers then your emails may be sent in batches. This is to reduce the risk of the emails being flagged as spam by email providers. There is something wrong with this program, emails fail to be sent forever, customer service has no way to fix the problem

I used the browser version. But it was definitely easy to navigate. I would love to see more font styles, but I guess I need to explore it a bit more.

Needs more layout options! It's good, but it's needs more creative options to do different layouts. Needs ability to changes size of images. Thanks! Also, I had trouble filtering my customers by the product they bought. I needed to send out an email to all my customers who pre-ordered left handed picks, and I had to manually tag 200 customers. There needs to be the ability to filter customers by the product they purchased. Shopify is great though. Nice work!

Install this APP , but still can't work now !
So , I ask Shopify customer service , and got reply " we're onboarding all Shopify accounts in stages, and all accounts should have access by the end of April :) " , so I think if you can't use now , might be waiting until end of April ....
