Very easy to use! I wish there were more template options.
A very cool and useful app that has everything a starting business needs. Intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, it’s free for small shipment volumes, so what more could you ask for? :) Highly recommend.
The biggest fail in Shopify's history? Well, Shopify you've been asking us merchants for months - "Are you ready for for BFCM?" Well, yes, I was - got all my extra stock in, extra employees for packing the orders next week - lovely. Then - Shopify Email decides not to work on Black Friday!!!!! Utterly shambolic. Yes, I was ready, but YOU weren't. This is inexcusable. Back to MailChimp for me now. You've literally cost me £1,000's in revenue. It is amateurish from you. Shame on you, Shopify.

I REALLY DON'T NOT HAVE THE LITERACY OF USING THE ECOMMERCE SHOPIFY STORE APP, BUT THE MORE I SELF LEARN AND LEARN FROM THE SHOPIFY INFORMATION APPS THE MORE I AM OVERLY EXCITED TO LEARN MORE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CREATING THIS FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME. I AM EAGER TP LEARN AND EVEN MORE EAGER TO EARN.
It is easier to use than any other website platform
It was a little tricky at first, especially the segments, but once you get it it's pretty easy. I love it!
We use Klaviyo and this is easier to use but not necessary better or worse and just different.
Loving shopify email. So easy to send promo emails all in one spot.
The email automation is good. Some of the items like social media input should stay in place and edited as needed. Templates available could be more creative going forward and more AI with details. But overall its a good feature easy to manipulate and the fact that you dont have to leave the app to create a email is a plus and of course its in the subscription no extra cost to cover.
So far it's helped me do the most of what i needed to inform clients or subscribers about news, updates, store changes etc
It has left me unsatisfied concerning the segregation i need to do on clients who haven't subscribed and need to be informed as a group urgently about something on their order, since their emails are not included in any list, but this is also a matter of GPDR and other terms and regulations. I hope they find a way to help us contact people in groups.
Overall it's super smooth!
