uniche features mancanti che suggerisco di inserire:

1. sarebbe molto utile poter ricevere una copia di ogni email che arriva a un cliente, questo è utile chiaramente per i piccoli business.

2. non è una feature direttamente dell'app "Shopify Email" ma è comunque inerente, ed è cioè la possibilità di vedere su ogni cliente quale email ha ricevuto e se l'ha aperta o l'ha cliccata.

per il resto non posso non dare 5 stelle a un'app del genere anche se mancano tali funzioni ( in particolare la seconda ).

After previously using Mail Chimp and Sequno I decided to switch as the integrated platform seemed easier to use. After a few months I realised that none of my scheduled emails were being sent on time (affecting my ROI).

I eventually reached out to Shopify customer support as I was being charged p/email and they weren't being delivered and the advisor said:

"I understand that technically we are creating apps that might help merchants on paying app charges but we understand that the apps or alternative options we offer is not the best option compared to third party apps that focuses on the service they are offer. We offer cheaper prices to lessen the cost."

So if you are focused on saving money, this app may be a good option. If you want a service that is reflective of the cost or need emails to be delivered at specific times - go elsewhere!

Cant send email to my clients which i migrated from opencart, abandoned cart emails are never sent, most of campaigns are failed.

Very intuitive, easy to use design tools but in terms of practicality for abandon cart it's not great; the person would have had to accepted email marketing which reduces reach. Come on Shopify.

It is a little challenging to figure out how to send email campaigns vs automatons so it could use better instructions. But I was eventually successful with both. It would be nice also if there were more graphic design features in the email editor, it is fairly limited.
