There is no way to get an email with whatever the visitor entered. In order to check whether someone used a form to ask for support or requested contact I have to go into the forms' app back-end every day and check for new submissions. Please add a simple "email summary" option.
As a minor improvement, it would be nice to be able to change the font size of the labels.
Other than that, it works well!
I cannot received emails once the customer sent in a submission .
Hi, there! Thanks for your review. After a customer accepts marketing from your online store, their email address or phone number is displayed on the Customers page in your Shopify admin. You can also find these customers by opening the app in your admin, selecting one of the created forms, and click "View segment" in the top right corner. Leider kann man keine Links bzw. Liquid / Html einfügen. z.B. unterhalb des Buttons damit die Datenschutzbestimmungen verlinkt werden.
Es wäre super, wenn man an dieser Stelle auch die Links zu Rechtliches hätten nutzen können. {{privacy_policy}}
Ebenfalls fehlt eine Möglichkeit der Checkbox vor dem Versand des Formulars.
Beispiel:

It creates new Customers but does not update existing customers with new tags etc so it has limited use case

So far the form builder itself is easy to set up and embed.
Unfortunately, I cannot find where the completed data is stored within Shopify? The forwarding emails are incomplete and do not replicate the confirmation of data completed, and I cannot find where in Shopify this information is being stored for export. Just seems to vanish!?!
Hi, there! I'm glad to hear that you've found the forms easy to manage so far. The data collected will appear on customer profiles. Data for existing customers will be added to their profiles, and the Forms app will create a profile if the customer is new. You can find this data either under the Customers section of your admin, or by going to 'Apps > Forms', selecting a form, and selecting 'View segment' near the top right. Very good! I read the bad reviews and was worried but it looks like Shopify revamped this big time. Works great and syncs perfectly with email automations. You can choose whatever color or upload a background image for the form, have a floating pop up, a "closed" pop-up on the corner, schedule when to have it pop-up, put any text fields that you want, have a discount code given right there, etc. Highly recommend this app!
I'd give 5 stars if it would send me an email with customer-submitted info. Now you have to check manually the forms app. Might need to change to another app just because of that.
Looks like the form fields are not translatable. Or is there a way to change text of the form fields?
User to install, the dashboard is simple, you can do the configuration very easily.
I give 4 stars because the changes are difficult to update in the store, you have to delete the cache memory, cookies if you want faster to show up.
I really enjoyed the App, only missing three essential things for me.
- That the form appears as a pop-up in the center and then the trigger can be used
- That the client's language is assigned to the one of origin
- The ability to translate modules into store languages I will come back to use it if there will be these updates, in the meantime thanks!
