The functionality is fine, but man oh man. IMPOSSIBLE to customise. No matter what CSS trick you pull out of the book, nothing works. WHY make this SO hard to customise? Let me color my background and change the border radius... not too much to ask :-)
Metafield cannot be removed and will not be removed even after uninstalling the application, metafield is pinned for the customer model and can't be moved or edited.

Easy to set up forms, impossible to embed those forms.

- Enable Theme App Embeds: First, ensure that the theme app embed is activated on your store. You can follow the instructions in this help document to set it up correctly: https://shopify.link/ozB1.
- Add an App Block for Inline Forms: If you're using an inline form, you'll need to take an additional step. Add an app block to your theme and attach the inline form ID. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://shopify.link/rJAB.

This app does not use Shopify's recaptcha's (hi spam!) or does it integrate on the trigger side with Shopify Flow.

really bad keep saying have to make 2 changes wont tell me what they are, so you cant save it so yoo start all over again and dont waste you time trying to get help their A1` is not gonna let you speak to a human not even if you tell you will leave shopify

VERY misleading! I set up a form for people to make customization requests, and yet, I HAVE NO WAY TO ACCESS THE RESPONSES!
Hi, there! We recently launched a way to store all form submissions, so you will always have a historical version of them.
All new submissions created after July 28th, will be stored and accessible in content > metaobjects. You can learn more here: https://shopify.link/0Rm8.

You can't create a redirect to a thank you page. Incredible. This is a basic feature any form app should have. Not using it for now.
