Great idea but very slow loading, so customers bounce before form loads. Also annoying that email notifications can only go to the registered email address with shopify.

It's a good app, but it misses the translation. Not every Shopify user's native language or client is an English-speaking customer.

Very useful app, intuitive and particularly fast when navigating.
The only suggestion I would make would be for the shop manager to be able to add his or her own customised font from the selectable ones.
Shopify Forms lives up to its promise of simplicity. The dashboard is intuitive, with no technical jargon or confusing functions. You can edit everything within a single page.
Yeah, it's a good start, but I'd also welcome multilang support as well as more granular control over the form's behavior. It would be great if the popup/teaser (whatever you've configured) wouldn't pop up for the rest of a session anymore after clicking the X button - so at least session persistence for visitors' wish to close it and not be bugged again.
Other than that, it does what it's supposed to do, but some more tuning would be great.
Easy to use! Very simple.

love the out of box ease of use but for more experienced users can we inject custom css to better control the design?

Shopify Forms doesn't support custom coding, including custom CSS, but I can understand how this would be helpful and I'm happy to pass on your feedback! I'm not sure why they don't have any CSS or allow formatting to the theme. I rarely use this app because it looks different than my entire website. All of the other Shopify apps come with custom CSS options - like Mail or the customizer. Makes no sense that we can't even use a theme font! This is such an easy update Shopify! Please fix.
