I need more features to replace google forms with this for contact and survey purpose.
1. Description text to each field
2. Label text of some field types is out of input field and some is in the input field. No consistency. Bad looking.
3. Multi line text field should be longer automatically while writing long texts.
4. Conditional logic

is there anyway I can customize the popup style?
This app doesn't look good, what should I do if I want to change the popup size or the font size or something else?

Nice but, the forms use a completely different css than the rest of the theme. Doesn't make any sense. I can't even override it with custom css.

Also it doesn't support Shopifys Translate App nor does it take the default theme content. So you get a mix up of english and your original language when using the app....

Can you please add an option of an embedded/in-line form, not as a popup.
Also, a form that opens up when a customer clicks on "sign up" or "get" button.

Bitte liebes Shopify Team: Arbeitet endlich an Features und Fixes... Es kann nicht sein, dass die Form 100 Mal aufpoppt (exit intent), wenn der Kunde es schon geschlossen hat!

Yeah, it's a good start, but I'd also welcome multilang support as well as more granular control over the form's behavior. It would be great if the popup/teaser (whatever you've configured) wouldn't pop up for the rest of a session anymore after clicking the X button - so at least session persistence for visitors' wish to close it and not be bugged again.
Other than that, it does what it's supposed to do, but some more tuning would be great.

App keeps losing custom fields, which I have to keep re-adding when I notice customer data is missing. Not reliable enough for custom forms, other than default name & email, which is already built into the platform.

We really appreciate your feedback and I’m really sorry to hear that you encountered this issue while adding custom fields to your form. We identified and resolved a bug that was the culprit which only occurred in very isolated scenarios. Unfortunately it looks like you were impacted, but this should no longer be an issue going forward.

Hat einige Tage gut funktioniert und nun hat uns glücklicherweise aber natürlich auch zu unserem Ärger
eine Kundin (mittlerweile weitere) darauf aufmerksam gemacht dass man sich nicht anmelden kann. Eine Eintragung sei nicht möglich und wenn doch dann kommt keine E-Mail. Daher nur drei Sterne! App aktuell deaktiviert.
