At first this app was working great for me, the flow of the forms was exactly what I was looking for. It was sort of a hassle linking it on the pages I needed them on but once I figured it out it looked great. I don't know for how long this has been occurring, because it used to work, but I checked my website on Safari and the multiple forms I had made do not show up on the Safari browser (I checked on multiple devices and no result). When I checked on Chrome they did show up. I am unsure if other people have had this issue, but I'm sure a majority of my traffic uses Safari and will not have access to the forms that would help me as a business tremendously.
Hi there, thanks for reporting this issue. We did identify an issue with Safari and our team worked over the weekend to fix this.
Please test again and let us know if you are still seeing a similar issue. We will be notified of any updates to your review and I can follow up with you from there.

Unbelievably useless App. Sure, it collects data and collects it in Shopify, but it's metadata, which is inaccessible by external no-code tools like Make/zapier. Regardless of what you do the apps cannot read the metadata within Shopify to extract data to tools like Airtable, which are vastly superior database tools.
Shopify decided to make it nearly impossible for non-coding people to use form submission data outside of Shopify, therefore this app is useless. IT shouldn't even be an app in the first place and should be fully built into Shopify from the jump, allowing for access to form data for external use. Yuck.
The form also likes to glitch and not submit when it feels like it.
Hi there! Thanks for your review.
There are ways to export this data out as each new submission comes in. You can read more about that here > https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/create-marketing/forms-app/flow
Flow also lets you export that data to external systems through something like a HTTP request, giving you another way to send and export the data. Or perhaps exporting to google sheets is a viable option for you.

Can not edit at all!! Now I can’t add a new line to the form. Can type but can’t click done to save it. Horrible. Now I either have to make it all over again or find a new software app.

You can't change the recipient!! Completely absurd.
Hi there! Just wanted to say thanks for the review and that you can now send the contents of a form submission to any email you'd like.
You can see more on this page: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/create-marketing/forms-app/flow
Once there select the "Send an internal email to a recipient of your choice after a form submission creates a metaobject entry"

It would be better if we could add an image to the right or left of the form
Useless for Lead magnets.
This doesn't even connect to Shopify flow
Should be able to create a form, name, email address
then connect the specific form to shopify flow to send out lead magnets and add to mailing lists.
It really needs better integration with flow, I have multiple lead magnets but the form is pretty much useless
Doesnt do basic things !!!
Hi there, DaVinci! There is a way to do this today, and I'll outline the steps for you below! You need to click more actions in your form and click 'view segment'. Once in your segment copy your segment id, it should be something like "shopify-forms-#####".
1.) Go into Flow create an action called "customer tag added",
2.) Create a condition to check if "shopify-forms-#####" exists.
3.) If yes, create another condition and check if "shopify-forms-#####-submitted"
4.) If no, create an action that will add a customer tags and add "shopify-forms-#####-submitted".
5.) If no to step 3, send an email.
It should look something like this: https://screenshot.click/20-24-52qnd-hox3l.png
You can copy/paste that .png and it should allow you to see the image!
No translations features makes it useless, really.

The application is an excellent idea, I installed it to be able to run a Shopify flow automation, I contacted shopify support informing them of the errors in it, and the support team reports that the application does not work, a few days later they report that They already fixed it, but the app still doesn't work, I found several flaws: 1. It doesn't allow you to embed a form on a specific page. I followed the installation instructions step by step, but it doesn't allow you to embed the form. 2. Since I couldn't embed the form, I configured it to appear as a pop-up, but the pop-up also doesn't appear on the only page I want it to appear. It should be noted that I followed step-by-step installation instructions. 3. The only thing they fixed is that the form no longer appears on all pages when activated. The recommendation is to remove the application from the app store if it does not work correctly.
Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we truly appreciate it. As we can completely understand the impact of this, I've gone ahead and shared your feedback with our developers to consider in future updates. - Blair, Shopify Support
I can't find the data that the user filled in through the form
