Aweseome awesome team located in LA. They helped me launch my custom app using their easy design features. I had something I wanted to change with my app and they were able to change it and resubmit it to apple for me within 1 business day! Highly highly recommend using Tapcart to launch your store onto mobile devices!
So far so good! Super easy to set up and use. Everyone has been responsive at Tapcart. It's a good looking app too :)
Still looking for a few more features like not having webpage URL open up separately for certain selections (would prefer to keep the customer within the app to have a seamless experience) - but Tapcart says they will be working on this!

I started looking into getting an app back in 2017 and whew, I wish I did it then. Why did I wait so long! They had me up and fully running in only 2 short weeks. I had tasks I had to do, if I completed them it was such a breeze but they took care of mostly everything. Val is AMAZING, 10/10 recommend her to get you started and then Christina will be taking over from here. I look forward to working with Christina on my growth phase. 10/10 recommend Tapcart. My only complaint is I wish it was based more on sales than just a flat fee especially in the beginning. It does push me to really grow this sales channel and I think it's a great implementation for the business however it would be great to have Tapcart grow with me instead of me walking into spending $1300-$1400 a month after the 2 month free trial. Other than that I recommend it all. Sign up. Do what they ask you to do. Don't miss a meeting. Watch how fast and awesome the team is! I definitely recommend!
Our experience with TapCart has been amazing! We're so excited to launch our app after working on it for about two weeks. We worked with Valerie who's been an absolute pleasure to work with. Really excited for the next chapter of our store.
We LOVE the team at Tapcart just as much as we love the product! The app's design process is incredibly intuitive and very easy (even for us who's world is farming, not tech!).
Tapcart's team has been incredibly quick (not to mention patient) in helping us throughout the design and launch process of our app (helping us solve pretty much all our 'user error' problems) and speedily resolving any issues that have come up.
If you're looking at selling products via an app and wanting to go the plugin route for your shopify store, the Tapcart experience and the product have been wonderful.
When we realized that no one in our industry had a mobile app, we started looking around for options to be a trailblazer. After kicking around and testing a few mobile app makers, we decided that they were too "clunky" and "heavy" for our use so we put the idea on hold for a while. Fortunately, we discovered Tapcart and started the process to build it. From day one, Sina and his team have responded to EVERY question, concern or recommendation we have had and it feels like we've known them forever. The back-end interface is easy to understand and use and everything is spelled out in layman's terms with no technical jargon. The front end is SMOOTH and customers are already telling us how easy it is to navigate through the app. So, ease of use for us, coupled with a pleasant end-user experience, has made Tapcart our app builder choice. So far, we ca't say say enough good about the experience. Here's to the future!
