We have been using Tapcart for over a year and a half, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The app provides an excellent shopping experience for our customers, with an intuitive and user-friendly interface that is particularly appreciated by our older clientele. Additionally, Tapcart has proven to be a highly effective sales channel, significantly contributing to increased sales for our business.

I would also like to express my gratitude to the Tapcart support team for their exceptional handling of all our support tickets. Their responsiveness and efficiency have been outstanding. Special thanks to Halle Lawnhurst for offering valuable insights to our marketing team and for educating us on new features. Her expertise has been incredibly beneficial.

If you are considering adding on an mobile app for your store. The only choice is tapcart. Any other app will not come close. It’s as simple as making the initial choice to use Shopify. The team and support are fantastic, if you’re extremely lucky you will receive Tyler Iannantuono as your account manager. Tyler has gone above and beyond to keep our team up to date on best practices and make sure we have been positioned to maximize the impact of tapcart across all of our channels. He is highly driven to help his clients succeed also aided in adjusting his advice to fit our brand, as opposed to a one size fits all approach that most account reps take.

Going with Tapcart as our mobile app solution has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. It allowed us to monetize a whole new channel for us and gave our customers a much more personalized shopping experience with our brand. The feedback we have received from our customers has been outstanding. They're spending more on the app and we've seen a really high engagement rate. Best of all, we were even able to launch Tapcart in less than 2 weeks! It was that fast and easy.

The staff at Tapcart has been incredible, in particular our account rep Lauren, who is so knowledgeable, proactive and helpful to us - we can't thank them enough. We truly appreciate the partnership we have.

Tapcart is an incredible app. Allows us to quickly launch a mobile app and cater better to our most loyal customers. The app pushes allow us to market to a select group effectively. Tyler Iannantuono is an amazing account manager who is always providing advice/insights to ensure we are getting the most out of our app. Couldn't recommend enough.

Wow, what an amazing app! It has worked incredibly well for us. The team, especially Tyler I., our current Account Manager, has been exceptional. They have done an incredible job making it easy and fun for our customers to have a better shopping experience and to build long-lasting relationships with them by creating a mobile app with all our website information. Tyler ensures that our brand stays on top of the latest e-commerce and marketing trends by implementing all the necessary features and strategies into our mobile app.

Overall the app works well - we're still on a more basic plan so there are some limitations (hence the 4*), but looking into possibly upgrading to get the full works soon.
What is great is the dedicated service provided - our account manager Tyler works closely with us with regular calls to share ideas, best practices and support for our campaigns - he's been a massive help to understand how we can get the most out of our app and subscribers.
