100% Recommend. I have a account manager Alex who is super diligent and helpful. The app itself has our best conversion rates and AOV's, roughly 10% more than the store. This is a low hanging fruit every ecom store needs.

The team at TapCart has been super helpful with everything related to our app. Customer service is spot on and the communication is great. The platform itself is very user-friendly, and allows for us to manage our mobile app without any issues. Setting up push notifications is easy and such an effective tool for us to engage with our customers. Then seeing the customer behavior in the push explorer is an added bonus.
We've been with TapCart for a few years now, and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always updating their service, trying new things, and keeping us well informed about upcoming features and how it may pertain to our brand.

Tapcart is amazing! It's taken our DTC e-comm strategy to a whole other level. It's super user friendly and we're able to customize an easy digital experience. Our Account Manager, Stephanie Parker, is so thoughtful and aware of our goals. She's always sharing new launches and beta testing that would likely align with our goals. As well as, taking quick action to help with anything we need. She's the best!

Would Give 6 Stars If Possible! Tapcart has been a game-changer for our business. Not only has it boosted sales, but it also allows us much easier accessibility to our customers. From the beginning the team at Tapcart has been fantastic. They helped us immensely in building and customizing our app to fit our brand style exactly. Can't recommend Tapcart enough. It's so user friendly, intuitive and the set up seamless and they have great support! Having our own branded app really brought our brand to the next level and added an additional sales channel. Was not familiar with apps at all before using tapcart, but now am pretty confident in navigating and building our store via the tapcart app platform. they make it super simple and user friendly. Cole has been a big support in ensuring happiness project is using the features to the fullest. we have seen significant changes in our online store since utilizing all of tapcart's features.

Great addition to your Shopify store. Works seamlessly and with custom blocks and more- you can code it to perform like your store. Tech support is amazing, super quick to reply and sort any issues or help with how to do things better. Monthly catch up with your own success manager which is brilliant- Chad is super helpful, replies quickly and actually understands our business. We are getting 47% of our sales through our app. Highly recommend to use for your brand! All in all, excellent platform and just gets better- they are continually investing
