**have tried to put our customised template in the new order print app and it will not work. Have followed the instructions to show certain information - guess what still not working. Spoke to live chat, need to wait for the theme team to get back to me, when will this happen? having extreme troubles printing today and no one can help as we aren't in USA business hours. the new templates do not make any invoice totals....

while the legacy version was doing just great....

This is absurd! The old app changed to Legacy and we have to download a new app. The new app doesn't have an option to make it easy to customize. We're so overload of work and now have to find a way to customize the template or find one that works and to make it like the old template we used to have for our store. The previous one we have paid for and done so much work for it.... What's the point ...

Absolutely awful app. No preparation made for customers for the switch. No easy transfer across. Seems to be an intentional need to use a 3rd party app or developer to make things work. Worst yet is they've started messing with the legacy app which is forcing people to jump to the new app before they've made the relevant preparations.

My whole operation came to a grinding halt this morning ...

My order page was perfect. And I do mean PERFECT !! What am I suppose to do with this mess that you have created?
I am not a programmer and paid someone to create my order page. Do I now have to pay him again to fix this mess that you have created?

What a mess! Why replace a perfectly functioning App with a new App that makes no real contribution? All the custom templates I had created have to be redone, the code I had written doesn't work in the new App. I'm very, very disappointed! I will use the previous Order Printer Legacy App as long as I can and I hope that Shopify will intervene and fix this serious damage.

What a mess! Shopify constantly changes things for no reason, makes it complicated to adjust to a new app, doesn't provide the same features and usually results into having to pay more!

Shopify forcing the migration without putting any measures in place to help support template migration is a joke. Shopify is not the company they were 10 years ago, absolute travesty.

POOR Product rollout! Programming experience over 30 years and took me a day and a half to re configure the template we use. The Shopify Help Center documentation is inconstant: 'weight' variable' to be changed to 'grams' for some reason, then farther down is says change 'grams' to 'weight' .
