Dear Shopify team, we were expecting that new version will be bug-free, however we still have issues, like, subtotal amount is displayed incorrectly, tip is not shown in line items, SKU is missing, order placed date instead of today's date, etc. Very disappointing...

Ok but not as good as old app. How can we modify templates? The writing is too small and much less easy to read.

To makle order number bigger (essential) add this line of code to replace line 6 - if too large change x-large to large

I WAS OVERLY OPTIMISTIC. Yes it migrated but it DID NOT TRANSFER ANY OF THE "CUSTOM WORK" I HAD. Boy did I fall for their "just click through".

The migration forms look NOTHING like my existing form. Working with Support to see if they can fix it. Extremely disappointed

I have custom invoice template design but this Order Printer app doesn't let me use it. Shopify will stop running the old Shopify Order Printer app soon which allows me to use the custom invoice template, and they are asking me to switch to this one. I don't want to switch to the worse ver.
Please don't make things worse.

Don't delete the Legacy app until they fix the issues with this one. I regret deleting it as you can't download it again. The major issue for us is that it cuts off order if they're longer than one page, and sometimes randomly only prints half the page or less. It can't do the one job it's supposed to, which is to print orders.

Edit: They HAD it working on the afternoon of May 24th, but it's broken again this morning on May 25th.

One of the best apps on shopify. Code is also very easy to edit. I added barcode option and changed text font, was a breeze

You have to give people the code. The old templates dont work.

I was unsettled by the many bad recessions. But I didn't let that stop me from trying. After 10 minutes it was done and everything runs as smooth as it did before. I found it easy to migrate my templates. But I am very interested in programming and so I am able to read, understand and edit html or other codes. So I agree - a user without any programming background may find this very difficult and will need further instructions or help.

Why did you make it so hard to import existing templates?
The Original Order Printer wasn't broken - why fix it? Ok, so fix it, but make it easy for your customers to use it by auto importing our existing templates. This is a nightmare.

To migrate your templates, you need to copy your template's code from the legacy app, and then paste the code into the new app. However, the new Shopify Order Printer app has a slightly different implementation than the legacy Order Printer app. This means that some of your existing templates might not work initially, and you might need to make some adjustments to your template's code. I would NOT recommend this app. I have been forced to swap from the old order printer (legacy) to this new rubbish Shopify Order Printer. They gave instructions on how to migrate your old template over but I'm not familiar with coding so I can't do it. My invoice is missing things like gst, the shipping address, the discount amount, notes and other things.
Very unhappy!!!!!
