I am not sure why Shopify does not improve the ‘Shopify Order Printer’ to make it easier to use and send invoices after orders are shipped automatically. Instead, Shopify suggests spending more money on third-party apps that are not located in the UK or EU. Concerns about GDPR compliance and data retention for our customers’ data remain unclear with those firms that sells apps from https://apps.shopify.com/

Absolutely appaling, order printer wasn't great but this is far worse, I was hoping it would at least have the ability to produce credit notes, not a chance it looks like they have just taken the data which the original app used and then put it together with awful formatting.

It doesn't even show your VAT number! What use is that? It also shows the website name instead of the correct business name so totally useless as a VAT invoice.

I won't go into the packing note showing pricing, or the order list with the date overwriting the order number.

Was this coded by a schoolboy with zero business experience?

This was an opportunity to produce a really useful app and instead we have this pile of poo.

Too hard to customise the template unless you can understand lines of code.

Like others have said; typical Shopify wasting time and resources to "update" an app that didn't need updating, only to make it worse.

Importing our template from the old app also didn't work, it was missing information and came in much smaller and difficult to read. Frustrating as someone who paid for my template in the old app, because I will now need to pay more money to get a new template. A complete waste of money when the old app works fine.

Absolutely awful. Templates don't migrate and no easy way to start over and create new templates branded and customized to your store - even from scratch. What a total about face from the old Order Printer app. For now, this is completely unusable, but I'm sure Shopify will force us to use this at some point in the future. The best you can do with this app is a basic shipping list that looks like a printout from a hardware store.

While you can transfer existing templates from Order Printer to Shopify Order Printer (https://shopify.link/18NL), there are some adjustments to you will need to make to the existing variables. That being said, if you need some help with with migrating or customizing the templates, then this is something that our Theme Support team can help you with. If you are still running Lagecy do yourself a favor DO NOT GET THIS! Once Lagcey is removed find another option. I would leave a review but I think most other people have already pointed out how once again Shopify has taken something not broken and broke it.

Any edits to templates must be done via code, so there is ZERO options for self service if you don't know how to code. Copy and pasting from the old order printer to the new one does not work as it claims it should, there are a lot of things that don't carry over (like pictures, tag lines, QR codes for discounts, etc)

This app is terrible! Not only can I not customize the template, it prints blank pages. lol Please come up with something better for those of us who don't know code.
