I think people just jumped on to write a review before really diving into the new app. I successfully transferred all of my old templates. Although, I did have to rework them a little bit.

I am not sure about adding images, but that isn't something we utilize so can't help combat that negative review. Overall, it was an easy switch and it's an easy app to use.

The worst rollout of a product. Most basic backend Shopify items are GUI, except this. Why? The legacy version worked fine for years before Shopify broke it. The import to this new app was easy, but completely INCONSISTENT. (Which is the most frustrating part!!) Just installed and seems to work well. For those who wish to install their UEN Number (business registration) just include this code:

Unique Entity Number (UEN): YOUR_UEN_HERE

Sick and tired that they keep changing the software without consideration of the customer's needs! Just leave as it was! I should not get another app to get your app to work! Our POS receipts are all over the place and not as before! So frustrating! :-(

A lot of manual work to try and migrate templates. Needs a migration functionality for custom templates. If this is replacing the order printer app shopify should be handling migration for customers not making us recreate the wheel.

Changed my entire template, If you are developing a new app at least make your template attractive. Shopify can't invest that much for their users ? to atleast provide professionals invoices for their clients.

I think it's worth trying. If you have some IT background, it's good. I was able to write my own templates and it's of very help.

Another senseless move by Shopify. Do not touch if it's working! You made it even worse! Variable mapping page does not have the variable SKU!!! Shopify is pushing us towards other options in the market! They are completely deaf to complaints. Why pay 2% for such arrogance?
