Does not allow you to see a list of contracts by plan. Does not allow you to export your subscribers. Does not give you any flexibility or management options.

Grundfunktionen werden erfüllt, Bedienung ist shopify-typisch sehr nativ, und Kunden erhalten Zugang zu ihrem Abo über einen Account, müssen nicht noch ein extra Account bei einer Partner-App anlegen. Noch dazu Paypal-Zahlung möglich. Habe nichts auszusetzen.

it is limited - customers want to be able to add one off products to their subscriptions and can't. It's also not easy to find a customer within the app. It's very limited.

Needs more options, we are unable to edit the recurring date of the future orders for our customers or even have an option to "run now" the order when customers ask. Please provide more optionality.

Liebes Shopify Team, vielen Dank für diese tolle App. Nur zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge:

1. Standardmäßig wählt das Widget im Stil "Karte" und "Dropdown" die Abo-Variante aus. Will der Kunde ein Produkt nur einmalig kaufen, muss er die Abo-Variante erst aktiv abwählen. Das ist lästig und fehleranfällig. Bitte baut eine Möglichkeit ein, dass standardmäßig "einmaliger Kauf" vorausgewählt ist.

2. Wenn ein Abo einen Rabatt beinhaltet, ändert sich der angezeigte Preis automatisch. Was sich allerdings nicht ändert, ist der Grundpreis. Dieser wird immer so angezeigt, als handelte es sich um einen "einmaligen Kauf". Vielleicht könnt ihr eine Möglichkeit finden, dass auch der Grundpreis an den Abo-Preis automatisch angepasst wird.

This app is easy to install and set up but the more I use it, the more issues I see. It is fantastic for digital products that don't need shipping but for physical subscriptions, there are glitches.

I have Free Shipping on subscriptions and use the native discounts to allow this. For people who sign up and don't add anything else to the cart, this works perfectly. However, if a person signs up to a subscriptions and adds other items to the cart, it adds shipping to the renewals even though it shouldn't. I am having to refund shipping which is ultimately costing me money due to payment fees.

I wish there was a better sorting function and more information on the screen. I would like to be able to see on the main screen when a customers subscription is going to renew. I'd also like to be able to sort by the type of subscription so I can bring up all like ones to see what is coming up. I have yearly and monthly and want be able to see what is coming up so I can prepare.

the radio buttons for subscribing are seven screens below my check out screen, no one can find not will they scroll that deep to subscribe I'm not happy

having a real problem trying to get the subscription to work with my app. Everything works on the app just fine. goes into the cart showing the subscription choice. But passing it to the checkout page on the site, which is where they are sent for secure checkout, it doesn't show up. Gets lost somewhere from the cart to checkout. I already found the numbers that are assigned to the options, but still comes up undefined. It shouldn't be an act of Congress to get it to jive. It works on the site just fine, just don't try and integrate it into your app. If I ever found out how to make it work I will share that with anybody else building their own app.

The Shopify Subscriptions app is easy to enable, but that’s where the positives end.

The feature set is extremely limited, with little flexibility, poor visibility into subscription issues, and insufficient tools to manage failed payments or customer experience. For a native Shopify app, this feels unfinished.

Fine for the most basic use cases. Merchants with real subscription volume or customer expectations should strongly consider paid alternatives.
