Mobile App Banner ‑ Shopney

I had a few issues with my mobile banner, but the team fixed those issues for me. Best services provided by Shopney. Need to improve customer services.

Update 1/20/23 Just some feedback for your team to make this even better. Please add options to:

1) Text color change
2) Background color change
3) App install button not just a link
4) Text size change
5) Text font change to match branding

Update 1/19/23 Issue has been fixed by the developers but I have asked if we can customize colors in the banner.

The logo icon of the app does not show. I sent a message to support a couple of days ago but haven't received a response yet and yes i paid $9.99 for this app that doesn't function as intended.

Excellent app! Very quick installation and customization, and excellent support by Shopney Team that quickly solved the correct display of the banner on my site.

Only thing can be improved less complication for Installation and Setup

Places the banner and download link. Description and action button overlap each other on certain devices. Logo upload shows in preview but does not show up on an actual device. A close banner option shows on the preview but not on an actual device. Tried to contact support and did not receive a response.

Customer service did respond and fixed the issue. The app is working perfectly! Thanks!

Everything works fine except there are no Customization options. Like size Color..., a very useful featuere would be to make it sticky at scrolling. Then it would be a guarantee that customers see this banner

a great experience, I've been using the app for a while now and I'm ready to give it a proper review. The support is absolutely professional and responds extremely quickly to all kinds of requests and concerns. Creating your own app from the store is incredibly easy and you can get to grips with all the settings in no time at all. All in all, I can say it's been a fantastic experience so far and I can only recommend it to people who are looking for a well-positioned, uncomplicated method of converting their store into an app. PS: the support team also guides you step by step through the process of registering everything in the apple and google store.
