Lara was amazing she was so easy to talk. She is remarkable patience because I got overwhelmed and she calm me down and assisted me. She took the time to break everything down to me. She deserves all the stars!!!!

So far, so good. We have completed the artwork sufficient for launch and found the app (and the support team) excellent. We're at the submission to Google/Apple stage, so I'll update this review in a few weeks; however, I'm - at this stage - pleased I chose Shopney. Thanks, Shopney team :-)

A super easy tool to use that delivers a neat quality in no time.

Haven't published an app yet, but I had a short call with Melissa. She is helpful and I will wait for her feedback on a few things to carry on with the next steps.

Edit: there is a clear weakness in their technical team. We've been trying to resolve a simple issue with regards to the checkout language for 2 weeks now with no results.

Building my app seemed complicated at first, but it turned out to be easy after consulting with them.

So Far so Good. The Help is always very fast and thats a good sign.

Serena was FABULOUS! I tried two other apps that claimed to be easy to build and the customer service were not great. I have to say, Serena made my decision to go with Shopney easy. She helped and answered every question i had within minutes.

Great experience with customer support before and after installing the app. They are very fast to answer all questions and have been very helpful in getting my app set up. It would have taken me much longer without them. I'm excited to offer a mobile app to my customers.
