We're in the final step before publishing our app, and so far, Shopney has been excellent. It's easy to use, packed with great features, and supported by a responsive, helpful team. While the pricing could be more competitive, overall, it's probably the best app builder available on Shopify.

There's always helpful informations and guides with picture, made the process on building our app and publish it so much easier, less confusing. All the set up were easy to understand and handle. There's a online chat that replies very quick with a good service, good solution.

I was having trouble getting my app up and running, but with Hazel's help, I finally feel like I'm actually doing it. I designed my app and built everything, but when it came to publishing it, Hazel guided me through applying for my DUNS number and walked me through the entire process until I got it. Great customer support! They have helped me every step of the way and quickly answered any questions I have had. Very user friendly app design. Exactly the type of app I was looking for to turn my shopify store into a mobile app. Highy recommend.

Doesn't work with any shopify app that controls order pickup/delivery date or time -- in other words, if you want a mobile app where customers can set the date/time that they'd like to pick up or receive their order (based on settings like your hours, lead time, delivery zone, product availability, etc.) then Shopney is not the app builder for your store.

Also, Shopney's latest update puts app and mobile device info into the "Additional Details" section of shopify orders. This has caused issues with ShipStation and more. It took a lot of time and effort to get Shopney support to actually read our notes about these issues and examine the examples we provided them, and the response we got from Shopney support can be paraphrased as "not our problem."
