The customer service of this app is superior to most. When the CEO calls you of a venture capital company to learn how to better serve and take care of an issue it brings real confidence and credibility to the mission of this service. We had a couple issues come up that needed dealt with, but I can say with confidence that our company is excited about moving forward with Shoppinggives as our partner in contributing towards non-profits.

I used this app to help easily donate a portion of proceeds to an organization and this app has been really easy to use. The customer service of this company is also VERY excellent, I received a phone call after downloading the app asking if I had any questions and have always been able to easily reach their team with any issues I have had in figuring things out. HIGHLY recommend!

The team behind the app is incredibly supportive and takes their time to actually get to know your shop. Easy to use, integrates seamlessly, and is already increasing the conversion rate on my store while giving back - highly recommend!

Great support, easy to use. Always quite responsive during the setup process. It is best if you are on Shopify Plus for the checkout integrations (round up), but still a great app
