SalesPop: Order & Sales Popup

I would be extremely careful installing this app.

I recently discovered Sales Pop was charging my store $299/month through Shopify app billing. I did not realize the app could auto-upgrade up to that amount based on usage unless auto-upgrade was disabled.

In my opinion, that is a very risky billing setup for small businesses, especially for a sales popup app. Even if this is technically disclosed during installation, I do not think the pricing, session limits, and auto-upgrade risk were clear enough.

I have uninstalled the app and requested a refund/credit, along with confirmation that there will be no future billing.

I would not recommend this app unless you are absolutely sure you understand the billing, session limits, auto-upgrade settings, and cancellation process.

Please refund or credit the most recent $299 charge and confirm in writing that my Sales Pop subscription is fully cancelled with no future billing.

Amazing app for Shopify stores! The popups look clean, professional, and very easy to customize. It helped make my perfume store feel more active and trustworthy for customers. Setup was simple, and the interface is beginner friendly. I also like that there are many different notification types and display options. The app works smoothly on mobile and desktop. Easy to use and does everything we need to show our customers when they look at a page to entice them to buy

It's a helpful app if you need social proof tools on your website. I didn't encounter any issues with it for few years now

Works perfectly, can edit the design and either turn on or off for some modes.
