I have been very happy with the customer service I have received. All questions were answered quickly and clearly and D'Angelo was super helpful and friendly.
I have only had the app installed for 6 days so I cannot comment if there has been an increase in sales at this point.

Great app, helped alot, also very accommodating with refunding after a automatic upgrade to the Pro Plan.

Customer service is fast. I like the look of the pop ups. I like that it shows cart adds as well. I am pleased. I do not like that it automatically charges $29 a month after your free plan ends. $29 a month is steep for the service. I have not gained enough sale conversions to justify paying $29 monthly yet.

I used this app to help gain information and data pertaining to the superior store. It will help get valuable data.
