Great app. Improves and Increases sales. Would totally recommend as an addition to an online shopping store to help create more sales. Had an issue with the notifications but then figured it out and it's all good now. Thanks for the help!
This setting is available in General tab. Once you change it you might need to wait a few minutes for the pop to update. If you're referring to the popups generated from Add To Cart's, those won't have first names because those shoppers have not identified themselves on your store. Hope that helps!
i love this app! And the fact that it is free is even better! So happy I found it, because just starting out I did not want to pay for something like this!

I really do like the ease of install, the clean themes templates even the free ones, the support, and the whole idea is fantastic, I am in the free plan now thinking to upgrade when launch the store but still concern about the price I wish it was alittle bit more economy, except the pricing highly recommended
