An essential app for any store that's getting started and needs to build trust. I wish it would allow for custom thumbnail images, but it's not a deal breaker. This is a no-brainer. Install this app.
I have had this application for a while and always thought the pop-up was really unique. After reaching out to them about some questions... I was blown away by Kateryna and how little I understood about the functionality and potential value this application really has to offer my ecommerce site. They have the BEST customer service anywhere and explained step by step how to maximize my intended results and increase my revenue beyond my expectations. I am very thankful I called with those questions and spoke to Kateryna!

Just installed in my store. Easy to setup and everything looks great so far. We'll see how it all works out.
Disappointed to say the least , i have just noticed this app has been charging us $29 a month and it wasn't even enable, funny how they automatically add you to the paid plan after an apparent free trial that i wasn't aware of. Fine i did get an email that i just noticed by doing a history search, however i find it disappointed and sad that you would charge costumers that don't even enable or use your app. should be ashamed.
Update 01/08/2023: We reached out a few days ago via email. As you indicated in the review, an email was sent prior to implementing the changes to the account.
However, in acknowledgment of your understanding, we took the initiative to issue a refund for the last charge generated.

Great app and just what i was after. Cant wait to test it out over the next 10 days to see if it helps with online sells etc. Very easy to set up too
A MUST HAVE for all ecommerce sites. I don't know what our site was doing without this app. I would give it 10 stars if i could

I can recommend this app! It is a great app for increasing buyer trust and urgency. The more sales you get the better it works.
