I hired the application in the free mode and was improperly charged! They acted in bad faith and did not return my money.

Scam app! Reported to Shopify and delected them out of my store. I don't know why it charge me 29$ , even don't have any trafficc on my store !

Hi! We recently switched to an entirely new application with some major upgrades. It seems that there was a bug related to some users being on the Pro plan even though they selected Free. We're investigating and issuing refunds for any store effected. We sent an email, please contact us back. Thanks!

Big warning on the billing method of this App!!
Each monthly plan has a limit of "sessions"/month but a "session" has absolutely no business definition and any business reality. For example, for a very short-term Pop-Up campaign, I have been counted more than 2300 "sessions" and 1600 "unique views" by the App's metrics but my own Analytics and the Shopify metrics show that I had less than 100 real unique users. The support team was not able to explain how this difference is possible. It's a big problem of tracking. Also the counter of sessions keeps running everyday even if you totally disable the App (which is a total non-sense to be billed for an inactive App based on a number of sessions).

Hi Thomas, we appreciate your feedback and we're sad that POP! wasn't a good match for your business. We also apologize if the responses provided by our Support Team did not meet your expectations. To address some of the concepts you pointed out:

- Our system monitors and keeps track of unique user sessions and accounts for browser tabs with the application active on your site. Unlike Shopify, the infrastructure behind POP! does not allow at this moment to detect multiple sessions from one user, which could result in a higher number. We want you to know that this represents one of our main goals in our roadmap.

- Charges in our app depend on the selected plan and the usage. While disabling does not cancel the subscription automatically, it would just require a message to our team to ensure that the subscription becomes inactive for as long as every customer needs.

I hope this brings some clarity to you and any possible POP! users.

Tried to fix a bug in the app, but the customer service is poor and lacking in fulfilling their promises. No follow up or response after some time. After two weeks still not working....

I tried to contact the team support so many times... They didn't reply on my demand... and i'm still trying to contact them but no answer
I first text the support team the 08/24/18 and they understand my issue only the 08/30/18. And they apologize but they told me that they created and internal report to fix it and let me know but i send them back two more e mails and nothing happened until now.
Will go install the other sales pop app and hope their support team work better.

I didn't opt for paid plan and have already uninstalled app but they still charged me 29$. Bullshit. Still no progress from app team?

Last update: The refund has been issued, the charge was made after the 7-day trial expired. This has been explained to the store owner but we haven't heard back from them yet.

I GOT CHARGED 29 DOLLARS FOR NO REASON, I UNINSTALL THE APP BECAUSE I DID NOT GET 1000 PEOPLE THAT VISIT MY PAGE BUT I STILL GOT CHARGED, PLEASE I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE.
