With Reporty, stores can set up instant order updates to their phone (SMS) and dedicated Slack channels. Alerts can include order info including discount, tags, and UTM tracking data. The app has been broken for weeks. The developers do not respond to customer support. I finally heard back after stalking several email addresses, and it was nothing but nonsense.
This also happened two years ago and I never heard back. I had to contact Slack for help.
Been using Reporty for awhile now. It's totally reliable and keeps me up to date in real time - excellent!
