I use Shopify to process all of my sales regardless of where the sale comes from. Direct to store, eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Google, Facebook, etc. Until this app, I had to copy and paste all of the Etsy customer info into Shopify and then add the product they purchased. A very time-consuming process. The other Etsy to Shopify apps in the APP Store are too invasive trying to change my SKUs to include the first 3 letters of their app name into my SKU's. That does not work for print-on-demand products. Many of our products are print on demand and you must use the print shop SKU's, not a new SKU made up by the app. This app is perfect for us. As long as you use the same SKU in Shopify and Etsy this app will pull the order over with all of the customer information and the product already selected. Just fill the order and go on to the next one. And of course, it syncs the inventory. This app works great for us and is highly recommended for any Shopify Store owners that also make Etsy sales.

Tip: Use Chrome browser, and turn off pop-up blocker. It's super easy & simple. Customer service is amazing. Trust that. Works like you want it to! We originally had 2separate inventories that were sold in 2places, with 2 different storage spots in a tiny space. Selling hand crafted items that fly off the shelves made balancing stock almost impossible. This app opened the door of opportunity to combine the 2 inventories and their storage into one - doubling the amount of available products in both stores. The bi-sync option has been a major blessing. For anyone that sells on Etsy, you know when something sells out, you have to resurrected directly from Etsy. Being able to swap back and forth between apps on the phone or pc depending on the need at hand is super seamless now. For real ~ this app has saved us hours of annoying labor, grief from unbalanced & super low stock ... we have already seen an increase in orders & order values due to having more available to sell across the board.

Fantastic App and Support. So many things to love about this app. - You don't have to leave Shopify to use the app. - It works efficiently and effectively, exactly as described.
- The support has answered my questions, and very fast I have a large product catalogue and this has made life 100% better!

Was having issues with the recent update but everything is working great. Much easier now to upload inventory and sync everything up with etsy. Great customer service.

This application is truly amazing! I have over 100 items in Shopify and it would have been such a hassle to enter each item one by one in the Etsy app. It does exactly what is described in the features. I suggest watching the tutorials, following the instructions exactly as told, and double-checking what features you have enabled. I had a user error by not enabling the order sync feature. However, their customer support is exceptional. Shirly contacted me directly and walked me through my issue. I highly recommend!

Keeps my etsy shop perfectly synchronized with my shopify store. does exactly what it says it does. Customer service is proactive and very helpful
