I absolutely LOVE this app! It just works and it took just 1 minute to move 170 products into Etsy! WOW!

My biggest love however, is the support! Shirly is absolutely amazing, patient and knows what she’s doing!

Stop thinking about it! Get the app already

This app absolutely nails it! We've tested many Etsy Apps but this app is the only one that brings us the result we need. It sync the inventory perfectly & creates orders in shopify. The app support is just awesome, they helped us directly with every step!

I don't recommend. This app is very unstable and the support is very haphazard. It allows for multiple duplicated entry of items which creates huge headaches. Maybe this is ok for small catalogs but not for shops with thousands of skus. After working with this company for 6 months on duplicates and missing orders - we are dumping it. Plus the developer tried to bully us into removing our review!

Hey,
You manage more then 70,000 SKUs. You have chosen to use our app and still using it although I have mentioned to you both during our online meeting and via email 7 months ago that our app designed to manage up to 40K SKUs for quantity sync.
In case you need quantity sync for 70K listings then it requires to store your account on separated servers and it will cost you much more.
For order sync and for export listings it will works great!
Usually when sellers have huge amount of SKUs they are POD and looking for order sync and export listings.
As a seller and entrepreneur I would expect that you will appreciate my honesty, my hard work on your account and respect the limitation of the app. You are choosing to keep using our app so I assume that overall it works for your needs.

Customer service and honesty is my top priority.

We use this app to automatically add any incoming orders from Etsy into Shopify. The amount of time this app has saved us is astronomical! We went from manually adding customers and creating orders to watching the orders roll-in and creating shipping labels with a single click. Our fulfillment speed is exponentially faster thanks to Etsy Sync at a reasonable price. Thank you!

Etsy items move to a "sold out" status when the inventory is depleted. After ordering items and updating the quantity of items on Shopify the application incorrectly zeroed out the quantity of items on Shopify. Shirly insists it's a feature of the application instead of a bug.

Hey, our mission is to align quantities between the stores so you will not oversell. You requested to keep selling on Shopify and not on Etsy. In this case you need to change the SKUs so we will not sync those listings , or to set Etsy listing to inactive/draft.

Please note that Etsy and Shopify have gaps when it comes to inventory management. Etsy doesn't allow to set quantity zero and it marks the listing as sold out. When a listing goes into sold out status it means that it's out of stock and we update Shopify to zero so clients will not oversell. This is our primary mission.
As explained in our email threads we will not be able to update Etsy sold out listings on Shopify with quantity >0 , it's our design strategy.

I've seen that you used the app for several months also for order sync , export listings and sync quantities and it worked successfully as expected.
Service is my top priority and I'm happy to address any need that helps to upgrade our app anytime as long as it aligns with our client needs and common use cases.

Great customer service and app to upload products from Shopify to Etsy. Manual synchronization once the products are uploaded. Could easily recommend to e-commerce professionals!

Update, the app will not load for us, and after several requests for help via support with no answer, we have removed this app. It worked great then left us in a lurch. The Etsy Inventory app for shopify is excellent. It is easy to use and has made selling my shopify items in my etsy studio and keeping things synched a breeze. Thank you so much team! If you have a question and ask via messenger the customer service is super prompt, professional, and helpful.

Shirly from shopUpz! Please note that Etsy changed their permission scope last week and I have sent you notification regarding the change and next steps as soon as we discovered the issue. We also opened a ticket on Etsy side so they will investigate the issue.

Please note that we respond most times up to 24 hours . Since we are not a Shopify plus app we are allowed to reply for up to 72 hours . That said, I've replied as soon as I can as promised in less than 24 hours and sent you multiple emails but you haven't replied to me yet.

As you know, service is my top priority and the app works as expected. There may be times when Etsy can release a version without notifying us in advance and we are working really hard in real time to find , resolve and report them with this issue.

Even though this app isn't suited for me, Shirly was a great help in explaining the way it works and her customer service is outstanding.
