Four years ago, our store's finance lead, suggested using Shopventory to help manage inventory and store sales. Over the past year, Level 10 Performance Motorsports continues to grow with the development of an online presence with a Shopify website. Just this past week, we began integrating our Shopventory account with the Shopify website. Have found Shopventory support to be above and beyond which makes this transition all the easier. If you run a business with many SKUs and barcodes, this software is the perfect solution. Natalie, Danielle, and the entire team are incredibly accommodating, and they even offer support in Spanish!

Thrive has been a great asset to our company. It does take time to learn and set-up, but they have a great team to guide you through the steps. I have never experienced customer support like what Thrive provides! Very prompt help, and if there's a feature you would like added to the program, they will pass it on to their team. After Intuit bought Trade Gecko and then transformed it into QB Commerce, we really loved all the features. Unexpectedly Intuit pulled the plug on their "QB Commerce", and we were left without a viable "master of price and inventory" solution. It took us way too long to find Thrive, but when we finally did, it was a huge relief. We had to build-out a B2B solution off our Shopify, which was not that hard and make several other changes, but Thrive does the heavy lifting for us now. We find Thrive to be intuitive to use and their customer service is OUTSTANDING. All the reps are solid, including Alejandro and they tag-team and keep track of our service history. These guys are proactive with their service and remarkably timely. We're very grateful for this app and strongly recommend.

Danielle not only created a report I needed but then sent me a video with her voice over showing me exactly how to create and manipulate the report to meet my needs.
