We are new to this app and already consider it a life saver. We have barely scratched the surface of what it can do! So far it has helped us manage our bundles and reduces appropriate inventory on each item within a bundle in real time, which is amazing because we have several! An added bonus is the customer service team. They are beyond helpful and I have not had a one bad encounter yet!

We used a different service as our POS platform and used Shopify for our website. Shopventory merged those two, and that changed the way we did everything for the better. Their customer service is always quick to respond –– they've helped us problem solve and walk through many situations. We are very grateful to have worked with Shopventory!

I used this app to better assist me with my inventory. I really like that it allows me to set PAR levels & separate products by which location I want them sold at. Tons of control - definitely recommend it.

Customer. Service. I could write novels about how much the team at Shopventory has helped our business transition from an old school, paper pushing brick and mortar into an online business that helped us survive during the pandemic. The simplicity of the UI but the capabilities of the software are unmatched. We initially used this as a bridge between Clover and Shopify to bring our store online and now we are launching into Shopify POS and even though we could do MOST things directly through Shopify, the customer service keeps me coming back to Shopventory. There are a few analytics and financial tracking aspects that Shopventory does outperform Shopify on so those are also reasons, but getting to chat with the team any time I have a question is the number one. It's like chatting to friends and I always walk away with a smile on my face with the interactions. I can't give them enough stars. They deserve the galaxy.

This comment is about the customer service experience I had with two agents. Rio and Alejandro were excellent is assisting me with figuring out an error that I was receiving. They worked through the evening and then followed up with me first thing the next morning to see if the fix we tried worked. It did indeed and provided me with the information about what steps I needed to take to remediate any duplication issues. Much appreciated.

I was having trouble figuring out where the integration to my Shopify site went for each product with the new updates. I did the help chat and Danielle was quick and resolved my issue with easy videos she sent to help me understand where I needed to go with the new navigation.

Rio was extremely prompt with answering my questions today, as is the rest of the Shopventory/Thrive team. I always get the help I need and love their integration. It's especially clutch that they recently added Vendors and Product Types to sync to their integrations. This has saved me a lot of time in my job and I appreciate how much they try to make changes based on what they hear from their customers.
