Shopwaive has been a life-saver for our small business! We needed something simple and affordable to issue store credits to our customers after a massive change in our industry that would have severely affected us financially if we had to issue regular refunds. Shopwaive provided that solution and has been exceptional in customizing the features exactly how we needed them. Their customer service has been in the top 3% I've ever experienced anywhere and I can't recommend them highly enough. Trust me, you NEED Shopwaive and your customers will thank you!

This app definitely fixes the issues of Store Credit that we all wish came with Shopify but most of all, the support of everyone here at Shopwaive is extremely understanding of your needs when it comes to issues. They are very quick to respond and fix the issue. We had an issue of two apps canceling out a key feature of our website which causes havoc with our customers but Sara was thorough during the process and updated me as much as possible until it was completely fixed! I cannot thank the team enough for working with us during this time and we 100% believe this is the product everyone should look into!
The best customer service ever, Sean at Shopwaive was very helpful and he was able to solve any issues I encountered.
His team delivers new features fast and upon request, I would definitely recommend you to use this app.
