S4: Korte link, Affiliate link

I used this app to help me with redirecting links outside Shopify, had an issue with the domain but support went in and helped me with it all and have it working!
Great app!

This app works amazing for creating short link with brand URL, Provide discount Code, and can track link clicks & sales against each URL. Finally creating proper links for influencers to see exactly how many people were really in my store through the influencer.

Had an issue that was fixed, very good customer service! Very prompt and friendly people behind this app!

So guys, honestly. the customer service is awesome! Shorty is an awesome app. There are never any problems! and if there is a problem, the customer service is there within seconds. Huge respect to the inventors. We love this app

I used to like this app until it stopped working properly. The problem was with the wrong total revenue number. I was contacting their support for longer than 3 weeks. Every week I got the same answer that they will update the app, but they didn't. And the last time I asked the same question, they told me that I need to upgrade to the premium plan to get this feature. After I told them I will change the app, they accused me of being aggressive and dishonest.

Unfortunately, the app malfunctioned the weekend we needed it to track sales for an influencer campaign we were running and did not track any sales. The support didn't do anything except apologize for their bug even though their app failed to track our entire campaign. EDIT: Changing this from a one star to a 3 star review as support reached out to us quickly and refunded us. This doesn't change the fact that the app did not work for us, but at least they tried to fix things after a terrible support experience in the beginning. Will not be trying this app again, but hope they improve.

Great app. I use it to track influencers performance and its shows the attribution great. Easy to setup, and the dashbaords are super friendly!

I'm updating my review as the developer has contacted me, and have been very responsive. Looking forward to the written help documentation.
