I give zero stars for the misleading page. This app is not free. You will be promoted to log in into an account, that you cannot create from the app anyway, so this connector is broken in the first place. When you look at their website, this chatbot is extremely expensive.
This app is not free. You only find out how much it really costs after installing it and trying to set it up. Its a scam!!

Also about the fee, we do have a free plan, you can have AI reply for you 50messages/month, which we think should be enough for just started small businesses. Also, if AI is not responding anymore, all conversations will just forward to agents in the `smart inbox` section. Don't worry you won't lose your customer inquiries.
