Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

I second Snazzycatsboutique. The support and help from Etsify has been absolutely first rate! Actually, second to none, in my experience.

I had an unusual case and ran into some trouble importing my store from Etsy to Shopify. I tried about five different apps and NONE fo them would work. It was frustrating and discouraging.

After initially despairing that I would have to do everything the slow, awful, painful way -- by hand, manually -- if I could even muster the spirit to do it, I was thrilled to learn that Etsify would mod their software to accommodate my needs. Imagine that. And they did!

This is the way customer service is supposed to work -- and I wasn't even a paying customer yet! They modded the software to help me so I could THEN see if Etsify was for me. I don't know if too many other operations would have done that.

Etsify is also open to suggestions and ideas for improvement, which is always a good sign when dealing with a developer.

Anyway, once my somewhat unique situation was accounted for by Etsify, transfer went smoothly, and I'm well on my way now with Shopify. If Etsify had not gone to the lengths they did to help me, I might not have EVER gotten my Etsy store set up on Shopify.

After some initial communication problems I received outstanding customer support. Thanks for your patience and clear instructions :)

Shuttle has saved me hours and has every setting I need to tweak for my store.
Support is 100% the developer is always on hand to help or add in updates for me.

If your looking to add a lot of products from Etsy to Shopify this is the best app out there I have tested all of them and this is light years ahead of anything else.

I had been using a different app to transfer orders from Etsy to Shopify when Shuttle was recommended to me by a friend. Shuttle is sooo much better!! It has the ability to do so much more than just transfer orders. But the best part? It's less expensive, too!! I did have some minor issues when getting everything set up. I reached out to support and Nimo was able to help me quickly and efficiently. He even added some functionality to the app that I needed that wasn't already included. Customer service is top notch.

This company is rapid, compared to others, to respond and help with any issues. We have a sizeable Etsy store and have gone through several syncing apps but have yet to be successful. Inventory was always a mess. We are months into this one with no issues.

Brilliant App and developer, does exactly what I needed and saved hundreds of hours of adding products manually, would highly recommend for any Etsy seller who wants to transfer products to Shopify A++++++

The app works very well, and saved me a lot of time, as other Etsy importers can only import with CSV files (mine wasn't working). This app also imported all my reviews, and it was super easy to do!

I am brand new to Shopify, having an Etsy store for several years. This app made importing my Etsy listings super easy. I would recommend this app for any novice Shopify user. I had no issues with it. I upgraded to the lowest paid plan to bring over all my listings.

I need help. The integration was easy however it seems this app only goes one way. I subscribed and paid the $69 for the app in order to integrate, however it seems the integration only goes from Etsy TO Shopify - which is where I manage all my products. I'll never create a product in Etsy first. I needed a software that will allow integration to go both ways. Does this product do that?

UPDATE! The company reached out to me to address that they do in fact not offer integration from Shopify TO Etsy, rather only FROM Etsy to Shopify. They’ve also issued a refund for my purchase.

Love the changes they made with the conversion from Etsify to Shuttle. A lot of great features added! Only request is that they add the ability to sort the product columns. (i.e. bring all of the not transferred products to the top of the list).
