Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automation

Customer service can't be beat. From the very beginning, our company was helped from setup until completion of very awkward and involved sales tax reporting.

Now that we have it up and running, having this app's services will be a tremendous help.

I'm the tech/ops manager for Make It Happen Media and I never leave reviews for apps but I feel like I really had to for Sidr.
We have 2 other stores that have separate shopify accounts and since they're all underneath our account it makes it very easy to separate which sales and reports go to which store, you can even combine all the sales for stores if you have to combine the tax information under 1 EIN.
Their customer service team is truly unmatched.
When we first implemented this app at the end of last year, they didn't split the food tax vs state tax for Illinois. I brought this to their attention, and their team got to work coding and brought the feature to the platform. Not only that, but they actually updated me and let me know when they did this. This might seem like a small feat but I've been designing sites for over 8 years across every platform you could think of and its so rare you're personally notified about a feature you inquired about.

We switched from Avalara to Sidr when our shop converted to Shopify and Tongbo and team not only made our transition so smooth and provided round the clock support to ensure our data and needs were met from Day 1. Since then, after 6 months, we continue to receive excellent service (you would think we're their only client, they make you feel that valued!) They help with even the most complex compliance issues and provide insight and answer any questions from big to small. Highly recommend this product if you're looking to switch, we are so happy we did.

Absolutely amazing app. The support is what makes it the best. Tongbo & team are extremely helpful. They have literally fixed all my sales tax worries and headaches. Couldn't recommend it more! Better than any other software we've tried. (we've tried a few). The automated sales tax reporting is incredible and literally just plugs right into Shopify.

Sidr has been a savor for my business, as a super small business hitting our tax nexus Sidr has made the process so easy and affordable for me. They take care of state registration and file automatically for me. Would recommend Sidr to anyone big or small. Their communication is top notch and respond almost instantly

Incredible customer service. I think Tongbo answers questions 24/7. Seriously Tongbo, when do you sleep? ;) I was skeptical in the beginning because it is a newer app and I had horrible customer service experience with Avalara and TaxJar. HORRIBLE. But Tongbo and SIDR are hands down the best app we have installed, ever. All of our states that we have Nexus in, they have registered for Sales Tax licenses and with the states on auto file everything has been seamless.

Big kudos to Sidr Tax for being a lifesaver with my taxes! I did my homework, called around, and tried a bunch of apps before stumbling upon these folks. Let me tell you, they really delivered.

I'm am so happy I found this App. This is my first year in business and I had no idea how to pay my sales taxes or find out how much. This app made it so easy for me to figure out. I was able to get a demo quickly and they walked me through the entire dashboard. I will like a pro now. Thank you!

This is exactly the software that we needed to handle our sales tax concerns. Whatever features that were not available were quickly provided or added to the list of features that will be available in the future. It was a very quick and simple process to install and implement the app. And Tongbo has been extremely helpful through the whole process!

It's always a big headache to do state sales tax. So many states to go through. Different rules. Sidr has been a huge time saver for us. Just give Sidr the data. It just takes care of my taxes.
