The developer is amazing! He is always quick to help and answer questions, and he went out of his way to help me with sales tax issues. Sidr is my new sales tax BFF!

This app was by far the most affordable option for my small business. The customer support and functionality is absolutely 5 stars. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. Tongbo responds in a timely manner and is happy to provide assistance as many times as necessary to get everything set up. I am so grateful for SIDR - Sales Tax Automation.

Filing CA sales tax is a massive pain, and I have looked all over for a app that would help me file by each county. Sidr is the answer. It's very comprehensive and Tongbo on the support side is very helpful and quick. So glad I found this app.

Customer service is extremely responsive and very helpful. They helped me back file taxes and set up automation moving forward. I've only used them for a few weeks - but so far, amazing!

I installed Sidr, and within two days I have perfect sales tax reporting! Tongbo, the CIO, reached out personally to let me know the status of my store's data because it took some extra time to pull in all my sales volume. I already know this app is going to save me hours come sales tax time! Wonderful app, highly recommend!
