Signifyd is a terrific app! Way more information than Shopify provides by default and also provides great insights into whether a transaction is good. We've been able to quickly approve more orders without the fear of fraud, as well as ascertain when orders are definitely fraudulent. Great for those in-between occurrences when you need a little more reassurance on a particular sale. Makes life easier and stress free!

This app is a must have! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT rely on Shopify to stop fraudulent orders. If you have a chargeback without Signfyd, you should just kiss your money goodbye. I wish I had this installed when I first opened my business. I've had two chargebacks that were made before I installed this app.

UPDATE: Their customer service contacted me and sorted everything out, as well as promised to more accurately disclose what types of fraudulent chargebacks are covered. So I'll keep the app for now and I gave them an extra star on this review.

This company is a scam. They charge me every month for the service but when I receive a charge back on an order that they said was okay to ship they always have an excuse on why it isn't covered. Not sure what I am paying for? Avoid this scam at all costs.

Absolutely outstanding, this was so easy to install and the phone call from the CEO was a really nice idea to help install confidence that i had picked the right app even from all the way across the pond!

We sell high end baby clothes and have small number of orders but high cost wise, this is perfect for us as lost of our customers are from overseas. FABULOUS and THANK YOU

Used and spent 150 last month on this app. 2 orders came approved, but then charged back and they didnt cover them. This company itself is fraud.
