We use Signifyd to help us prevent fraudulent orders and to get charge back reimbursement on applicable orders. This is a great app with amazing customer support. Very prompt and informative customer support. Sometime the app does not provide detailed information on why a charge back and/or order was marked as fraud, hence the 4 star review. Other than that, everything runs great with minimal actions on our end. I recommend this app to any company having issues with charge backs or fraud.
Really great service. The support team is quick to respond to any inquiry.
The platform itself is relatively easy to set up and has significantly helped to prevent fraud on out site. In addition, we use Signifyd to fight chargebacks which has freed up our time. Their order guarantee is an added plus. Highly recommend.

Signifyd has greatly improved our processing time on web orders by providing fraud protection. Less headaches figuring out what is legitimate and what is not. Fast processing of refunds as well.

The Guarantee Coverage for chargebacks is a great way for us to ensure that we are protected against fraud, especially during those times when our volume increases. Whenever we've had questions or concerns customer support has been able to quickly assist us and provide any additional resources we need.
Used Signifyd for past 3 years not one issue, any claims have been settled within days, no more fraud orders thanks to Signifyd.
I use Signifyd for fraud protection for June and it's been really reassuring! I appreciate that they will take responsibility for any orders they believe to be authentic and will flag me for the ones they find troubling. They share the details on why it appears troubling and gives me the chance to reach out to the purchaser to ensure this order is intended to be ordered in a timely fashion. The dashboard is not that hard to use and I look forward to seeing product improvements on the dashboard to make the navigation even easier in terms of locating certain orders. I do hope they'll add more features or create more criteria fields verifying these orders. The team has a great communication attitude when discussing account or need more customer support.
This app is a complete scam, so far I've paid them $941.05 to be exact and not 1 if my chargebacks within 6 months fit into their very one sided and narrow criteria of a " Chargeback ". Fraudsters have gotten smarter and the the Most common chargeback I've experienced are " product not received " which are not covered by Signifyd.... For obvious reason... Fraudsters are bolder these days and use their own cards ship it to their own house and then tell their credit issuer they have not received the product even if you have signature required its a 50/50 chance you will lose these claims. At the end of the day Signifyd knows what it is doing by only asking for 1% of your sales because theres 1% chance any of your chargebacks will even getting covered by them. This service is worth no more that 9.99 a month as a security app you use to do your own background check on customers payments and try your luck. The whole " chargeback guarantee " is a SCAM.
We only use them because they are the best option in this space. They have lots of reasons why they don't pay you which we can understand. However, they have "forgot" to pay us two times already but they are very quick to take their fees out every month. We pay thousands a month in service fees but they "forget" to pay us for $80 reimbursements... But I guess that's how all insurance companies work and make money... They take your money for insurance but they "forget" to pay out on claims. *Update*
If you have any customer service issues regarding payment, they send a generic email and don't bother to answer their phone calls. They will service your issue and then ask you to update your review but then 3 months, down the road, they "forget" to pay you again. This is ridiculous. You literally have to hound them to get paid.
I have used Signifyd for a few years with multiple different companies. At first I wasn't sure about the pricing but it has become worth it. the amount of time this app saves me is great and they also now handle all my chargebacks.
