I had a issue with this company and they fixed it fast..been with them for 4 years great service and fast assistance

This is an amazing app I use it on this store as well as 5 other branded stores. It is seamless and will block out 99.9% of fraud cases. On the .01% that you get a fraud chargeback Signifyd will refund you your loss. Highly recommended.

Total Scam! If you ever have a claim, you supply them all the info you ask for then they will never reply. No support info or phone access. They are happy to take their % fee & initially was thinking a good service to protect us but, after they approved a transaction and we needed them to handle a chargeback with all the proof .. nothing. Beware!

I can't imagine why anybody would give this less than four stars. They do exactly what they say. I've used this app for a couple months now and it's awesome.

Their in-house security check adds an additional layer of protection to high-risk orders and as long as you don't approve sales they decline they're really good about reimbursing. I've had three reimbursements already and they were paid out within 24 hours of the request. One time they asked for some additional information. That's it...

As an unexpected plus they decided to challenge a chargeback with the bank and had their team handle all of the paperwork. During this challenge they STILL paid me out in full. The only caveat is that I have to return recovered money. Totally fine.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Signifyd has been great for us. They manage all our chargebacks, which frees up our time to focus on what we do best. Overall has been a great for us.

I used Signifyd for over a year and a half. They failed me the first time I ever sent them a chargeback, a rather large order aswell. Apparently a customer receiving his order but signifying 'Product did not ship' is a loophole around anything Signifyd can take care. I got scammed, Signifyd did not help. 2 Thumbs down.

Made $90000 in sales to pay them $900 and only have $300 in chargebacks some of which they didn’t even cover. Cancelled

Great customer support. Great app against chargebacks due to fraud or unauthorized charges.

"Guaranteed" is a lie.

Signify has been good for one thing, rejecting fraudulent orders,

However, it let one slip through, and I fulfilled it trusting I would get my money back if it got a chargeback.

Despite contacting signify multiple times, they will not pay me back for the order they said was safe to fulfill. This is simply because the chargeback was accepted by the bank and the area I need to screenshot can no longer be viewed.

I have now lost over $400 to foreign credit card scammers, and signify has not helped one bit. Still waiting on a response after 4 days.

Used and spent 150 last month on this app. 2 orders came approved, but then charged back and they didnt cover them. This company itself is fraud.

Great app works as it claims. What set s this app apart is the lower price point and how easy it is to use.

To be honest, we would be bankrupt without this app. We sell expensive electronics and Signifyd's team has always informed us quickly and easily whether or not we can ship items, and they have NOT ONCE refused a chargeback claim in the rare event it has happened. Thank you!

If I can give -5 stars I would. This company will happily take a percentage of your profits, even on sales they do not insure. And forget about trying to make a claim on a chargeback they approved. They will tell you it doesn't qualify and ignore you afterward. Avoid this company.

We haven't had any chargebacks for fraud, yet, but this app has given total peace of mind. I decided to install the app after two orders came in in one day for higher ticket items both flagged medium risk by Shopify. I was spooked to fulfill the orders, even though they looked fine to me. Signifyd takes all that away. Even when Shopify gives us the orange triangle, we have Signifyd to double check. It's great, and affordable for a new merchant like us.

One thing I really love about it is you can set Shopify to only authorize transactions, and set Signifyd to capture the transaction if it passes screening. I love seeing "Signifyd captured the payment" on every order.

This company is changing its rules all the time. The had a fault in their system where not all my shops were charged. They then made all the past orders ineligible for charge back so I could not claim charge back for orders that they approved as valid. They charge me every month for the service but when I receive a charge back on an order that they said was okay to ship they always have an excuse and/or a new rule on why it isn't covered. Not sure what I am paying for? Avoid this service at all costs.

Best "insurance" plan out there! This app is certainly a MUST HAVE for any ecom store, IMO.

This app has saved and made me money. Made me money because it gives me the confidence to send goods out that I think might be fraudulent, but turns out they aren't, and saved me money because even when my merchant provider has passed a transaction, Signifyd has flagged it as fraud!! And even the one item I did make a claim I had my money back in 24 hours, fantastic service.

Before I had Signifyd I had this one fraudulent order that caused an expensive chargeback. It made me really nervous about processing other orders. This app gives you total peace of mind. The point of having your business is to make money - not lose it. There were a couple of times I got a chargeback and Signifyd reimbursed me pretty quickly. HIGHLY recommended for any store owner. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use this.

AVOID! SCAM COMPANY! FALSE ADVERTISING.

They advertise "Never charge a charge back again" False and misleading!!
They are refusing to cover a charge back i have and are now making up excuses.

This app is a must have! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT rely on Shopify to stop fraudulent orders. If you have a chargeback without Signfyd, you should just kiss your money goodbye. I wish I had this installed when I first opened my business. I've had two chargebacks that were made before I installed this app.

One thing, Signifyd does not always make the right decisions when it comes to declining coverage. I have a few customers that I know and work with, who were declined a guarantee. Also, most of my orders that come through Amazon are declined because of their email address being hidden. This is the only reason why I am giving 4 stars and not 5.

Good app and does what it says. It has an algorithm which will automatically approve or decline a transaction. There have been a couple of high ticket items that the app had declined but with a little bit of research, I submitted evidence that the order was legit (finding customer data on the web, mostly via Google and social media), I got signifyd to approve them in the end. It can sometimes take a couple of days for them to personally review the risk of an order, which is not great if you are an online retailer and quick delivery is key.
That is why it gets 3/5. Algorithm gets it right 8/10 times and when you want to re-apply a declined transaction for approval, it can take a couple days. Otherwise, am happy with this app. We signed up for 1% off all transactions go to them, they are making a killing off of us. No fraudulent order has yet been claimed since we've selected this app so cannot vouch for its Chargeback promise to pay back.

You need this app if you have big ticket items! Signifyd is Amazing! It’s really seamless and works exactly as advertised. We have been using it for a few weeks now and we have had no problems. Looks like a lot of effort went into making features that actually work. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone on Shopify. We look forward to seeing more apps come from y’all!

Was very hopeful for this app, but when my best friend got declined as a high risk, I lost hope with any information provided. Average information you cannot rely on.

We are happy with the Signifyd app so far (it's only been a couple of months). We definitely feel less worried about receiving any charge backs, which is a relief. The setup was painless, and there have not been any glitches. We will update our review if we receive a chargeback. Thanks Signifyd!

The service seems alright, but for a tech company with millions in funding, the user-experience is HORRIBLE.

I had a order they guaranteed result in a chargeback It was only my 16th order with them and for a fairly high amount $529.66 but they approved the claim within 2 Hours and reimbursed me within 24 Hours. Incredible !

Had a chargeback from a fraudster. Signifyd paid me out in 1 day after submitting to them! I was skeptical about the service and the fees they charge, 100% a believer and would recommend to everyone selling online. Protect yourself!

Gotta have this if you sell expensive items through the shopify cart.

The application was easy to install. Setup and customization of the app are simple, and the app is very user-friendly. The app looks very promising!

Great app to help prevent fraud. Very fairly priced. Works for any store that has one order to a million orders a month. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve order security.

Works perfectly..We had signifyd for over 3 months now. Only suggestion would be to improve the communication at support level

We started off on Riskified, as they seemed to be the big player in the fraud insurance arena, however after about a month of using their service, we received an email saying they were terminating our service, because we sold products that violated their TOS. In fact we do not sell any products that violate their terms, and when we pointed out that they only banned guns, and actual weapons, not accessories, they pointed us to the clause where they could terminate service at any time, for any reason. We then reached out to Signifyd, and after a short conversation with Stuart, we were signed up, and have never looked back. Signifyd approves more orders than Riskified did, and in the 4 months we have been using the service, we have only received 1 chargeback, which was promptly taken care of by the Signifyd team.

Before using a fraud insurance company to filter our orders, and relying only on the Shopify checks, we lost over $15,000 in just a few months due to chargebacks, we wouldnt be in business today if we didnt have Signifyd protecting us.

Signifyd has been great for us - a real game changer!

Like them more than the other competitor products on the market. Easy to see what orders are at risk. Don't ship without it!

The service Signifyd provides decreases my risk of fraud so much more than the useful but rudimentary app from Shopify. It is well worth the cost especially when you consider the time it would take to gather and evaluate the information Signifyd does.

This is a computer program, not a real person looking at the information. When I agreed to the plan I was promised personal assistance to input the data from orders that where a couple days old and high security risk.
I waited half the day for the decision but no one actually inputs data. Its a computer program, so I was told by support I had to enter the information myself. The orders I received after installing the program get entered automatically. Now its been almost a month. The program guarantees the Low Risk Only, Denied medium and high risk. Even denied guarantee the prepaid credit card payment.
The website/app doesn't not work on my smart phone. Today went to look at the website and see I have 10 previous Cases but can't view them. How would know which orders are guaranteed or denied if I can't see the history? I'm cancelling this. I can do better on my own with the information I already get from shopify.

The app may be useful if you have large volume of questionable transactions.

Even if you are not worried about fraud, you need this app. It alerts you when it suspects fraud and gives you the info and tools to investigate cases...all for free.
