Signifyd gets 5 stars for preventing fraud and notifying me immediately if any questions occur regarding my orders. Their service is excellent and they are a great provider of e-commerce fraud protection. I am very pleased with Signifyd!!

As a SME online store based in Australia, we have had massive issues with fraudulent transactions coming out of the greater APAC region. This App has reduced our charge-backs to 0. Fantastic product... Cannot speak highly enough of this App, it has saved us Thousands.

Very easy to install, good looking interface and simple to use.
Flags minor as well as major concerns - does make you investigate further. It also pulls in Shopify customer info to help you evaluate.

If I were making recommendations to someone opening a shopify store, I would tell them that signifyd is the first app/service they should implement.

For a fee of 1% of each sale, we get the same level of fraud protection that we were paying 8% for on ebay. That's a no-brainer.

They also offer a 4% fee a la carte option where you can pick and choose the sales you are concerned about and ask them to guarantee only those. I imagine this would make sense for many shopify stores. And, again, that's only half of the fee that I pay ebay on every single sale for fraud protection!

In addition, signifyd offers a ton of free* data about each sale and customer that goes well beyond what shopify and paypal offer: buyer's purchase history on other sites, names of other people/entities at delivery address, etc.

Finally, the team at signifyd is excellent. When you email or call them, you get the sense that the person you're speaking to knows exactly what he or she is doing and is generally interested in helping you. A good feeling when you're dealing with something as important as fraud protection. It also feels like a big, professional company, which is a welcome change from some of the other app people I've contacted who seem to manage their shopify app as a hobby or side job.

We have been using Signifyd for approximately 3~ years, it does exactly what it describes - provides full fraud analysis, guarantees safe transactions and rejects fraudulent ones.

Initially our chargeback rate was a little high while the network was growing and learning - and in every instance we were promptly provided full reimbursement for all guaranteed orders through Signifyd.

The system has gotten so good now that we receive next to no chargebacks anymore, not to mention the countless hours we've not had to spend manually reviewing every order, and of course money that we would have lost from fraudulent orders.

Signifyd is the best fraud app on the shopify app store! We've recently been hit by a few chargebacks and Signifyd helps us identify these fraudulent transactions before we ship. Better yet, they Guarantee their transactions so we can get paid back if a chargeback occurs. Highly recommend this app!

At mundialtreasures.com, we retail high end leather bags and other fine crafted goods. Since our item are of relative high value we were in desperate need of a service that reviews transactions. Like them more than the other competitor products on the market. Easy to see what orders are at risk. Don't ship without it!

We invested in Signifyd over 3 years ago and have never looked back! Great customer service with a product that keeps getting better. We use the Guarnateed service on all payments and we no longer waste manual time checking fraud. If one does get through the net we're covered and we get paid back (plus the chargeback) within 3 days. We looked at other platforms and settled on Signifyd and its one of our best decisions on SASS software, obviously on par with choosing Shopify. Thanks again Signifyd!!

I can't imagine why anybody would give this less than four stars. They do exactly what they say. I've used this app for a couple months now and it's awesome.

Their in-house security check adds an additional layer of protection to high-risk orders and as long as you don't approve sales they decline they're really good about reimbursing. I've had three reimbursements already and they were paid out within 24 hours of the request. One time they asked for some additional information. That's it...

As an unexpected plus they decided to challenge a chargeback with the bank and had their team handle all of the paperwork. During this challenge they STILL paid me out in full. The only caveat is that I have to return recovered money. Totally fine.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys.
