The BEST fraud app out there without a doubt! We've been with Signifyd for around 3 months now and have never looked back. Drew has provided excellent ongoing customer suppport as and when we need it. If you want to protect your store from fraud, look no further.

This company is a scam. They charge me every month for the service but when I receive a charge back on an order that they said was okay to ship they always have an excuse on why it isn't covered. Not sure what I am paying for? Avoid this scam at all costs.

Signifyd has excellent customer service, their support team is ALWAYS available either by email or by phone!!! They will walk you through literally every step. Very very helpful Kudos Guys!!!

"Guaranteed" is a lie.

Signify has been good for one thing, rejecting fraudulent orders,

However, it let one slip through, and I fulfilled it trusting I would get my money back if it got a chargeback.

Despite contacting signify multiple times, they will not pay me back for the order they said was safe to fulfill. This is simply because the chargeback was accepted by the bank and the area I need to screenshot can no longer be viewed.

I have now lost over $400 to foreign credit card scammers, and signify has not helped one bit. Still waiting on a response after 4 days.

This company is changing its rules all the time. The had a fault in their system where not all my shops were charged. They then made all the past orders ineligible for charge back so I could not claim charge back for orders that they approved as valid. Signifyd is one of the best decision I had after re-opening my online store. Now, I feel much more comfortable selling and I don't need to worry about fraudsters because I know that Signifyd is there to back me up. I tried to sign-up with a different app before but they declined me because they said they couldn't handle digital products. I'm so glad Signifyd is there and accepted me. Signifyd's sales and support team is also amazing. They answer all of my questions patiently and promptly.

Great app to help prevent fraud. Very fairly priced. Works for any store that has one order to a million orders a month. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve order security.

The application was easy to install. Setup and customization of the app are simple, and the app is very user-friendly. The app looks very promising!

Having just recently launched an online and the fear of dealing with PayPal, I had to come up with a solution of accepting card payments, knowing which orders was legitimate, and which orders are fraudulent.

Sounds easy right, as shopifys built in system detects if an order is Low, Medium or High Risk, although this feature by Shopify is handy, its not at all as accurate as it needs to be.

The application makes all the decisions for you, you don't need to take risks and decide if you should fulfil and order or not. Signifyd guarantees all orders that have the green go ahead badge, if Signifyd spot fraud, which they seem to do a very good job at detecting, they will but a red badge next to the order, meaning that they won't guarantee the order for protection if you still decide to go ahead with it.

Signifyd app does everything it says and more, i recommend any one accepting card payments to be using Signifyd.
