I would give them 5 stars but their 4% guarantee I think is entirely to high. It shouldnt be more than 2-3%. When you have such big orders like we do it takes a huge toll and its NOT a write off. I wish it was but there is no way around that. I used them alot when I was with bigcommerce but up to recently I had to stop doing the daily every order submission just because of shopify fraud detection rules

Worthless. These reviews must be fake or these people are delusional. They won't guarantee an order unless there's no doubt it's legit - so what's the point of giving them a cut since Shopify itself does a good job of telling you that??

We only use them because they are the best option in this space. They have lots of reasons why they don't pay you which we can understand. However, they have "forgot" to pay us two times already but they are very quick to take their fees out every month. We pay thousands a month in service fees but they "forget" to pay us for $80 reimbursements... But I guess that's how all insurance companies work and make money... They take your money for insurance but they "forget" to pay out on claims. *Update*
If you have any customer service issues regarding payment, they send a generic email and don't bother to answer their phone calls. They will service your issue and then ask you to update your review but then 3 months, down the road, they "forget" to pay you again. This is ridiculous. You literally have to hound them to get paid.

They don`t have SIGN UP button .... so we cannot make any account ... I can`t believe there is an app without SIGN UP button ... omga

Signifyd is Awesome! We were using multiple different platforms to analyze and guarantee our products, but now everything is in one standalone fraud protection application. Signifyd is a terrific app! Way more information than Shopify provides by default and also provides great insights into whether a transaction is good. We've been able to quickly approve more orders without the fear of fraud, as well as ascertain when orders are definitely fraudulent. The support the team at Signifyd is also world class and very much appreciated by our business.
A must have app for any Shopify powered storefront!

Great for those in-between occurrences when you need a little more reassurance on a particular sale. Makes life easier and stress free!
