Excellent app with very good support team! I've contacted to solve a problem I had and they had been very fast and professional so I really suggest this app!

Love the app. I'm able to answer my customers questions right on my product page for anyone to see. That way, if anyone has the same question, it'll already have been answered for them. Huge upgrade for my website and a neccesity.

This app has been an effortless experience for us to keep up on customer issues. It is very intuitive and easy to use. We get a lot of questions because we have so many products and in the tool business, every little measurement is critical. We appreciate that we have control over what is published and what isn't.
