Simple app to use, easy to install, does what it needs to and the service from the team was second to none.

Just installed this app, looks great and works fine. Like the way the emails are laid out for the customer and that you can add links. Easy install but best to contact support if you wish to add the button and don't know coding, very helpful. Definitely recommend this app

We have been using Product Q&A for a long time, with great success.
We then switched our Store's Theme.
We contacted Simprosys InfoMedia and they immediately made our new Theme work just as well, if not better, than our previous Theme.

This is one of our favourite apps and customers are actually using it. I am not sure if it helps with seo but if it does, then thats even better. We love that our customers can use this option rather than live chat or calling the main line. Great app ahead of its time!

Works Great, when needed if at all the developer will reach back out and triple check that your plugin for shopify is working properly.
