This app is so easy to install. Our customers love this app! The Questions are pouring in every day. It really helps us understand what content is missing in our descriptions and make it easier for our customers.

When you answer a question, you can also reply directly to the customer and then post the answer. The content is searchable by google.

This app helps keep your customers engaged and allows for you to answer questions asked by prospective buyers. When you answer, they get an email. Not just does it create a better product understanding, but brings the customer back to your site for purchase. It's easy to set up, and support is very responsive.

I do not add many applications to my Shopify template due to slowing down my load time but this application is worth the load time and customer support is excellent.

Customer service is very friendly and willing to create customizations on colors and placement of buttons! Turn around time for my special request was 24 hours and was greatly appreciated.

I love this app! It allows customers to ask real-time questions right on the product page while allowing me to post the question directly on the product page for new customers to see. Google is starting to pick up on these questions and ranking them in the top of search when someone is searching for that question. Really great app for advanced SEO!
