The customer services was excellent. I had difficulty getting the Question & Answer Section where I wanted it on my product page and Milan was very quick in responding and taking the time to help. So far so good.

Only two users over the past 6 months that posted a question. Yet we have many orders. I'm wondering about the need. While it may have benefits of SEO and FAQ stuff, it needs enough questions and answers to make that happen.

This app is super easy to use. Customers can ask questions right on your product page. You will get an email and then you can answer them in the back end. The question and answer is then published where it will help other customers that may have the same question. The customer support has been great. They helped me install the app.

This app is fantastic! If the customer has any questions or is needing information, I believe it will help the customer's concerns and ultimately help with conversions.

I also need to mention Milan was exceptionally helpful when I asked if he could change the button colour to match my theme. He was more than happy to help. He took the initiative and changed it immediately and then emailed me to say it was done. Great customer service, Milan! Keep up the awesome work!
