We utilise numerous Symprosys apps - all good and backed by excellent support.
We have a ticket support system, but having this embedded in our shop to quickly and efficiently answer FAQs has proven to be very useful. It gives customers a quick way to ask product specific questions and for us to easily add FAQs based on them.
More importantly, whenever we ran into any issues or felt that something should be improved, the developer has been very responsive in solving it, something we must give praise for.
On August 8, 2024, I want to express positive praise once again for Simprosys Q and A app. Even after many years of using it, this app remains one of our all-time favorites. It is extremely useful, easy to implement, and cost-effective. The app support is also fast, hands-on, and the communication is excellent and pleasant. Today I would like to give an extra thank you to Milan!
